We offer support for our products via email. If you have a support question, please send it to us via our Contact page.

Our support policies are:

  • We typically respond to support questions in about one business day, though in some cases it may take up to several business days.
  • We offer free Technical Support for one year from your date of purchase. Technical Support includes help with the installation and use of our products, and also includes free updates, when available, for products having the same major version number. (See below for details.)
  • We offer free Product Support for three years from the date of purchase. Product Support includes replacement of distribution files for older product versions and replacement product Registration Keys. However, in case you wish to use the product for longer than the three-year Product Support period, we highly recommend that you keep your own copies of the distribution files and Registration Keys for the products you have purchased.
  • An upgrade purchase (described below) renews Technical Support for an additional year and Product Support for an additional three years
  • Because Version 5 of all of our products was released in 2016, Version 5 products are no longer supported.

Our upgrade policies are:

  • Minor updates of the current version, when available, are provided free to paid users. If you find a newer version on our web site with the same major version number (e.g. “6.x”), you can simply uninstall your current version and install the update. Your Registration Key will remain installed and will be usable on the updated version. Please note that Registration Keys for a prior major version generally will not work with a newer major version. For example, a “5.x” key will not work with a “6.x” version.
  • Upgrades from a prior major version to the current major version are available at a discount in many cases. See our Purchase page for the availability and cost of upgrades for each of our products.
  • If you previously have purchased one or more of our individual products and wish to upgrade to the full ScopeDSP Suite, please contact us and we will work with you on a discounted purchase price based on your past purchases.
